The
table is booked! The Dilli in Haslemere opened on Sunday 16th July, to
great reviews. I celebrated my birthday there and thought it
tremendous. The cooking is wonderful and the restaurant looks fantastic.
It’s more expensive than BayLeaf or Madhuban, but this is justified by
the cooking.
We have a table for 10 on the evening of Wednesday 9th August and Bishnu
has agreed to do a fixed price menu for us - a bit more than our usual cost but it'll be great.
We’ll meet for aperitifs from 7 pm at the White Horse which is next door on Haslemere High Street. Dinner is booked for 8 pm.
Please let me know as soon as possible whether you expect to be there, either using the feedback page
of the web site or in answer to this meeting notice e-mail. We are
absolutely limited to 10 by the size of the available table, so if you
want to come and can definitely make it, please get your response in
